1. Introduction
Welcome to Japan Van Concierge, operated by Japan Premium Mobility. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We act as a premium concierge service connecting international travelers with licensed local Japanese taxi/limousine operators.
2. Booking & Payment
- Estimates: All quotes provided automatically are estimates. Final prices are confirmed by our concierge team within 24 hours.
- Payment: Full payment is required via credit card (Stripe) to secure your reservation.
- 24-Hour Rule: Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment link, or the provisional hold on the driver may be released.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund (minus a 3.6% credit card processing fee).
- 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours or No-Show: Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
4. Flight Delays & Waiting Time
- We monitor flight arrivals.
- Grace Period: The driver will wait for 60 minutes after your flight actually lands at no extra charge.
- Overtime: After 60 minutes, a waiting fee of 2,000 yen per 30 minutes may apply, payable directly or via payment link.
5. Luggage & Capacity
Passengers must adhere to the luggage limits specified for each vehicle (e.g., Toyota Alphard: max 4 large suitcases). We are not responsible if luggage exceeding the capacity does not fit.
6. Liability
Japan Premium Mobility is not liable for missed flights or appointments due to unforeseen traffic accidents, road closures, or severe weather conditions.
